Terms & Conditions

1. Orders & Processing

  • Order processing begins immediately after confirmation with the customer.
  • As products are custom-designed and manufactured based on the customer’s request (such as names or personalized phrases), orders cannot be canceled after confirmation.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are delivered within the agreed timeframe confirmed via phone (typically 3 to 5 business days).
  • Full payment must be made upon delivery.

3. Warranty & Exchange

  • Warranty: A 5-year warranty is provided for the silver color and a 1-year warranty for the gold color, covering material quality issues (such as discoloration or manufacturing defects). The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse.
  • Exchange: Exchanges are only accepted in cases of design errors (not مطابق to the original request) or clear manufacturing defects, within 7 days of delivery.
  • Customers are not entitled to a refund or exchange if the product matches the specifications requested.

4. General Notes

  • Please ensure that all names and details are entered correctly when placing your order, as the company is not responsible for customer spelling or input errors.
